P4 - Generate planning materials for the intended production of sound elements
Proposal
This is the proposal for the radio show. It gives the initial thoughts and ideas of how I will be taking the each intended tasks. The proposal gives information of the main purpose of the segment, the synopsis, audience considerations, as well as the style and time, locations and equipment, crew and roles, the cost and finally the time line and launch date.
This is the radio script for the segment. It shows the structure of the product focusing the scenes, action, dialogue, intro and outro, music, sound effects, and the narration and descriptions of what the radio segment is about. It also demonstrates when the presenter's gonna speak and when is the interviewees turn to speak making it easy to understand and organised.
Asset Table
This is the asset table for the radio segment. It portrays informations and details about each sound element. Every sound has been classified as either ambient sound, dialogue, sound effects or music. They each have a description of its properties revealing what type of file is it and how big is the storage of the file. It also says the source of it and where it came from; stating the link of the website when it is a external royalty free sound element. It also clarifies the legal issues that have been considered while producing and using it. It then tells where it will used within the radio segment.
Risk Assessment
This is the risk assessment for the radio segment. Through this it can be explored which are the possible risks and hazards that could come across while the production of it. Each hazards has also been classified as whether situational, physical/chemical, managerial/organisational, health or environmental hazard. This helps to identify what type of risk it is and makes it clearer analysing it. The hazards have been ticked that are most likely to occur and a detailed control measure has been stated ensuring the level of the risks get lowered to improve and making sure the production goes smoothly without any possible distraction or damage that could take place.
Consent forms

These are the consent forms for the permission from actors if over 16 years of age and their parent or guardian if below the age of 16. This is to avoid any legal or ethical issue that may occur later on, as well as to undertake the production in a legal manner so that there aren't any sort of misleading accuses or illegal act in the project. Each of the sheet shows the name and surname of each of the interviewees, the date and their signature or that of their guardians or parents.
This is the production schedule for the radio segment production. It includes all phases of the production: pre-production, production and post-production. It clearly states what tasks for each phase need to be done, as well as indicating the start and completion dates, durations, locations, resources, contingencies and who is involved. In addition, it also demonstrates all the milestones to be met and what needs to be completed by which date. It relates back to the client consideration so that each milestone is properly met in order to be able to present it to the client for the feedback.
