D1 -  Evaluate how the technical and auditory qualities meet the identified purpose A benefit for presenting a product to a focus group is that it allows for a varied amount of answers and different people's viewpoint, which enables the producer to see what are the strengths and weaknesses within the work produced and what could be improved to make the product even better. From the feedback I received, I've been told that the background music and soundtrack was really good and matched with the radio segment overall. The use of the festival sounds depicting cultural music was synergetic with the content. One suggestion could be to have the presenter engage with the audience more and create a conversation that flows well and overlaps with the interviewees and the audience. There should be a little bit more awareness of who the presenter is talking to. Another suggestion for improvement was that when at the start I was describing the borough and the South Asian community...

M1 - Identify resolutions to the legal and ethical issues for production For this radio production I had to consider different legal and ethical issues that I could come across. For example the use of the background music in the radio segment had to be royalty free, in order to make it accessible and usable in the product so that there isn't any legal issues to deal with. This also applies to all other soundtrack, music and sound elements used from different sources, which had to be copyright free in order to legally use it. Some soundtrack did not need any legal requirement as they have been recorded by me, therefore I had the freedom of using them without any problems or anything regarding copyright issues. Furthermore the use of people's voices and their interviews needed to have a consent signed by them. This is to make sure their voice has been appropriately and legally assembled and used in a legal and safe manner. Anyone who was over 16 year of age had to sign the...

This has been done selecting choose mix, at the top, then show automation and by clicking it the track area of the menu bar it appears, so that it can be edited. It shows how different sounds have been faded and some sounds have been trimmed. P5 - Record the different sound elements This is picture of me recording some sounds using the Zoom H5 Recorder. In order to create and record sound elements, I had to adopt a Zoom H5 Recorder, so that I can record some sounds and have control over: in the sense that I can see how many sounds I need, make sure it is not too long, make sure it is loud enough or the preferred volume. While using the Zoom H5 Recorder, to begin with I had to check the battery was present and charged, as well as having the SD card so that it is ready to record. Then I had to switch it on by sliding the button with a power sign next to it. After doing this the display of the recorder would open. Then it needs to be formatted so that there is enough space to record. Also the settings need to be checked and made sure there in the right format of recording mode. Then the input should be selected and by adjusting and monitoring the levels it is ready to use to recored the sound. T...
